I find that the sooner you start the course, the more you can enjoy the content on a daily basis. Even in early pregnancy, when there is no sign of the belly yet and you are still “invisible” and completely pregnant for yourself, it will do you good to connect with your baby, to feel into yourself, to relax.
After you have completed the course, you will practice daily going into deep relaxation, which means that you “reserve” a beautiful, relaxed time just for you and your baby.
This is luxury for your body, your mind and your baby, as your body releases endorphins during this process, which travel directly to your baby via the placenta. If you take the course at least six weeks before the birth, however, you’ll have plenty of time to learn the method at your leisure.
If you are closer to your due date, you will need more time to practice every day, so that the technique can be deeply stored in your subconscious. But this is also absolutely possible.
