Mindset transformation (exploring the roots of fear and limiting beliefs around birth, and gently transforming them through affirmations, meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and psychological preparation).

 Your birth companion is included as well and learns how to support you and your baby in the best possible way during birth.
